Only down 2 pounds, but it's better than nothing. I've substituted most of my soda intake with Tea and some water. A 2 liter of soda used to last me 1 day. Now, it lasts 4 days. Trying to eat several smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 larger ones. I'm not happy with my calories lately.
When it comes to Exercise, today during every 1-hour long TV show, I walk in place during an entire commercial break. My thoughts are: this gets me up off the couch, and helps to get my steps in...
