Day 8: Off to a Great Start

Week 1 is in the books, and I have to say, I'm off to a great start: 8 lbs are gone!
Sure, I'm going to rack it up to probably water weight, but the thing is, I was already drinking a lot of water before. What was different? I wasn't sick, I wasn't sitting still, and I wasn't binge eating. Which is a plus.
The good news is that I'm taking much deeper and much more satisfying breaths, where before they were shallow and left me breathless with the simplest of tasks. Which also means that I'm able to do more physical activities. The other thing is that I'm not famished all of the time anymore, so I'm eating less, which also means I'm making healthier choices.
So, all of this means that my recipe for a healthier me is coming together.
Starting Weight for 10/31/2018: 272 lbs
Current Weight for 11/5/2018: 264 lbs (total weight loss - 8 lbs)
Neck: 16" - 15.5"
Bust: 52" - 52"
Chest: 45" - 42"
Waist: 47" - 46"
Hips: 48" - 47"
Thigh: 29" - 28"
Calf: 17" - 17"
Upper Arm: 15" - 15"
8.5" total lost!!!!! That's an awesome achievement in one week! And I'll take that!
