October Review and November Goals

Well, once again I’m here to report that I did not meet my monthly goals. I haven’t met my goals for several months now. I’m not giving up, though, and I’m still setting goals for November. My first goal is to exercise at least ten minutes a day.
My second goal for this month is to do cardio at least 4 days a week, strength training at least 2 days a week, and yoga at least 1 day a week.
For my third goal I am going to work on doing push-ups.
