Get Ready for Weigh In
I am noticing a pattern here, the day before weigh-in is sort of a mental preparation to step on that scale the next day. I am wondering how many actually eat less this day, just to get ready to step on that scale.
I know that when I participate in challenges on the day before weigh in day, I have a tendency to pay a bit more attention to what I am eating. Of course, today's exercise also reminds me to not get too worked up over the number if it goes up rather than down. I know that my weight will fluctuate up and down and unless it goes more than 3 pounds, then I don't get too disappointed. But if I hit that 3 pound extra, then I know it is time to seriously look at what I am eating and how much and when.
