Chapter 30, Day 1

Food choices. Keeping the faith.

Yesterday was 50% smart; 50% not smart, as I closed Chapter 29. I was reminded not to let myself get too hungry, as it leaves me vulnerable regarding food choices. One thing I learned: DIL can't do half portions when it is requested. Still, I could have eaten only half of that dessert. There is nothing wrong with leaving food on a plate for the garbage. Lacked the self discipline I needed. Rest of the week has to be stellar.

Hello successful Chapter 30! Optimism, even with the holidays sandwiched in there. A new start.

Success depends on smart food choices. Simply put, and a huge challenge for me.

I intend to close the year with some weight loss from smart food choices. I intend to close the year being fitter and stronger because of the gym membership.

Enjoyed some really nice time with grandson in the afternoon, followed by more family time in the evening. Sweet memories.
Proud I got myself to the gym yesterday.
