Today has been a good day even though I had to break away from the vegan part of my detox 2 days early. I did however stick to eating chicken and that is OK for the 3rd week to have chicken or fish so I did not go all the way off the rails. I wish I could have been stronger to make through 7 days but last night I was getting the shakes not feeling well and could not go.to Sleep cause I was so hungry and so had to have some meat. I will stick though to the rest of the detox because it really did not make me feel bad when I could have meat. I also did find a desert that I can have do like only on special occasionally, but I do like small amounts of the Ben and Jerry's non dairy ice cream. So much better then the coconut and avocado ice creams. I do not eat sweets, but it it is nice to have a substitute to other other treats that see that I cannot eat at all because baking normally contains milk and eggs and that is a total no no for me. I am also going to pat myself on the back because I have made sure to track all the foods that this week and did not leave anything out so I know what I really ate that day.So I am keeping up with my goals. Also today me and my hubby went and got some groceries and I tried to make sure that I was keeping on the healthier side. I have to do the best to be an example for the kids because I found out my second youngest cannot handle dairy as well and so now I am going to make his school lunches and my oldest has a cashew allergy and so I have to be careful because half my kids have inherited my allergies.
