Halfway mark Fall 5% Challenge - Progress & Goals

It’s been 4 weeks and I’ve lost almost 4 pounds. Leaving about 10.5 to reach my 5% Fall Challenge goal of 243. I believe this is possible, especially considering my November goals:
1. Ride at least 150 miles (rode almost 100 in October 😀)
2. Drink enough water everyday. This may be harder than the riding part but I’m going back to things that worked in the past.
3. Track everything BEFORE I eat it.

I’m willing to work my ass off, literally, to be able to enjoy Thanksgiving and still hit 243 by December 1st. Who’s with me? Let the New Year’s celebration training begin today!
