Today hopefully goes better. Yesterday was not to bad,but it felt like I was coming down with something and so I felt like sleeping the whole day,but instead decided to be active.
I made sure to take all the vitamins that I was prescribed by my doctor to take. I know that it is good for me because I am lacking in alot of vitamins and minerals,but I always feel weird for about an hour after taking them. I know the probiatics are really helping my gut health and so I know I need to be a little better at taking them.
Today is day 5 of only nuts,cetables,and fruits but it is kinda weird but lately I have not really wanted to eat,but have been pushing to get 1200 calories so that I also do not get sick.
I have also been keeping up with keeping track of what I am suppose to be eating on spark everyday. I need to keep doing that so I can know what I ate on a daily and what foods do not agree with me,which lately seems like a lot more then normal but I will keep pushing forward!
