October is over and another month of weight loss is in the books. October was really a month and ups and downs! I hit a major fitness goal I had for myself and was able to run 3 miles at a consistent 12 minute per mile pace. I got into the 150s (technically that was this morning on Nov 1 but I’m counting it in October). I even posted my first ever progress pic!
I did I have a week where I spiraled out of control - didn’t exercise, wasn’t counting calories but I got back on track and overall it was still a great month! Never let one bad day or even one bad week make you give up altogether! It’s a lot easier to get back on track after a week than a month or months of bad choices.
I’m looking forward to November! I’m going to visit my new baby niece for the first time this weekend! I’m starting a 10K training program on Monday that should take me through the end of the year. My husband and I are doing Thanksgiving on our own this year so no need to stress about that holiday. Should be a good month ❤️
