November motivation

Thursday, November 01, 2018

November 1st....the start of another new month. I have to admit that I indulged in some Halloween treats yesterday. I didn't over indulge but I did partake. Today is a new day, new month and new start. Just have to put the past behind me and move forward.

I'm going to track everything that goes into my mouth and push myself to exercise more frequently. I know that I will never reach my goals if I sit back and fantasize about the way I want to look instead of making a plan and work towards it. It sounds so easy but it's not...it requires dedication and hard work.

I hope that you have set some goals for the month for yourself. We all need to work towards bettering ourselves and growing emotionally each day.

The last quote truly resonates. Set your environment up for success... then work one healthy change at a time till it's solid, then another. Wishing you a successful and healthy month and enjoy the journey.

I agree. More water, increasing exercise (I slacked with cold weather in October), watch & journal food for November in this girls corner😊
