Happy November! Happy new month!

Weather is damp, cold and rainy. I have my youngest Grand today; later this afternoon I will also have her cousin, my other grand, when her school day is done. It will be busy and mostly client free day (work on client work when Grand naps).

Challenge results are static for me right now from not applying myself properly. I will try and pull it together. The Y gym is okay. It is not really my style, but I joined because it is only $20 annual. I have a meeting with a Y fitness trainer next week, which will be followed by a 2 session training with a certified fitness trainer. It comes with the membership, so I decided I should take advantage of what is offered. Maybe their enthusiasm will be infectious.

I had an awesome day out with my sis yesterday to celebrate my birthday belatedly. We did all of our favorite things: bookstore, movie (Star is Born with Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga), and lunch. We both really enjoyed the movie and would recommend it to others. My 2 sisters chipped in and bought me a pair of leather boots I had admired and that can fit my orthotics. Sweet.

Stay the course over the rest of day with food plan (after snitching a few pieces of Halloween candy DIL brought over).

Get at least 10 min of fitness in (self: you can at least do that)

    Good to try new things, good luck with the trainer. Should teach you some new things for sure.
