A new month and a new start! I am now on day 4 of vegan week and doing pretty good and so I have only 3 more days and I can go back to chicken and fish for the last week of the detox.Do I have to say that I am doing pretty good for being super limited on my food! I found out yesterday that I do have to totally stop drinking coffee because I do not if it was the coffee or the almond creamer but I automatically got bloated and did not feel well after drinking it and so I will just have to find a new morning drink,but I cut out pop I am sure I can do the same with coffee. I am prepared for the headaches and the flu like symptoms,but I know I will feel soooo much better when it is all over.Plus the feelings that get like the jitters and anxiety and so it will help to get rid of it. So my goal for this month is to stay away from all allergens and make sure that I am tracking all that eat on a daily basis so I can track the how I am feeling. I am just going to work on a happy healthy November!
