Today should be an eventful day taking the kids out trick or treating.
Yesterday was trick or treating the town that I live in and so I spent all day getting this ready. I was able to stay away from eating any Halloween candy even though I was around the stuff all day. I also was able to get in 8,000steps in yesterday which has been awhile since I have done that.
I was able to also stay with my detox I am going on day 3 no meat of week 2 and I am trying really really hard this time you stay on track because I really want to see how I really feel after I am done and it is best because it ends before Thanksgiving and so I can get some of these toxins out of my body.Then I have my family convinced this year about making healthier choices for our Thanksgiving meal.
Yesterday for some reason though I was not very hungry and so I will need to try and get more calories in. I also need to really work on getting in more vegetables because I had spinach yesterday but that is not enough so I need to up the amount. So today that is the real goal bumping them up and at least getting in 5 servings.
So here's to a fun day of getting everything I need in today!
