Today is first day of vegan week of my detox. So far so good. I had one moment of hunger and I drank some veggie protein and that cleared off. I am trying to stay really positive that I can do this. I normally fall off my detox during this week but I really need to follow through because I want to be as healthy as I can be and I also have to know this is only for 7 days and so I feel I can do it this time. Today my mom and I went to the grocery store and got all the food that we needed to get to get use through and on a positive note I was able to get over 5,000 steps in today and so I was already able to reach my goal for the day and the day is not over. My stress has not been high and I have been feeling pretty good. The only thing I have had was a sore throat,but I am doing doubting it is what I am eating. Here's to making it 7 days straight vegan! 🍇🥑🥗🍲🍽
