2018 in a nutshell

This year is going in the books as a fantastic travel year but also a so so health wise year.
I started the year at the beach in New Smyrna beach Florida. My favorite spot. I'm blessed beyond measure that my brother spoils me by taking me with him.
January also saw my first fall of the year causing yet another concussion. I have had one really bad one in 2006 and several minor ones over the years. My klutzy self has guaranteed that. That took awhile to recover from but it also redamaged my worse concussion and that has caused lasting side effects like motion sickness and dizzy spells.
Memorial day weekend started my annual trip to my brother's house in Tennessee. July brought me a 2nd bad fall. Damaged my sternum, ribs and knees. I'm still feeling it too because of our colder weather.
Labor day weekend rolls around and I'm back off to my brother's house. Then we head to New smyrna beach Florida again with my best friend and her significant other. It was my bff time for health issues. The trips down were very hard on me too. Then in October I came home. Going from weather that feels like 105 to upper 80s then back to 90 before crashing down to highs in the 50s. Pain issues abound. I'm exhausted. Enter upper respiratory infection and now bronchitis. A side note a out my bff, Rhonda. She has 3 small aneurysms on her brain and her ammonia levels are too high. Please pray for her. The neurologist they sent her to basically told her if she feels a pop and gets a bad headache go to ER. I've know people who have died from them. I think that doctor just doesn't give a damn and doesn't want to treat her.
Here we are at the end of October. I leave the weekend before Christmas to go to my brother's. 2 months from tomorrow I will be back in New Smyrna beach Florida. I hope my body can handle this.
I haven't been able to go to the gym because of how awful I feel. I'm hoping to get back this week. I miss the gym
Take care of yourself and have a fantastic week. We're in this together. Sending you love and hugs and prayers
