The 5% Challenge activity for the last 2 weeks has been tracking our food. I really didnt want to do that & after doing it, I can see why I resisted & why the scale hasnt moved favorably
For 3 of the last 7 days, my total calories have been 500 over each day!! No wonder I cant lose weight!! Due to the stress of my daughters upcoming wedding & move, Im not necessarily stress eating. Im just so overwhelmed that I dont want to make good decisions like choosing healthy snacks or saying NO to 2nd helpings. Notice I didnt say CANT, but " I dont want to". I realize the difference, it just doesnt seem to help.
All I can do is hang on to the fact that this will be over in just a couple of weeks. The BIG DAY is Nov 10th. Hopefully after that, I can settle down & get back on track.
On a good note, I have been keeping up with my yoga practice & walking 3-4 times a week. Now if I can just do better at eating more freggies & saying NO to the junk food!!
