Today is the day to really get back on track. This week I started my 21 day detox my doctor has us done quarterly. I really need to start tracking my food and really keep an idea of what I am really eating on a daily because I know I am staying away from allergens but I do not know if I am even getting in the right amount of calories.So it is time to really know. I also need to get back to exercising. I was exercising 30 minutes a day and I have not been doing that really for the last 6 months and I have to get back to that. My doctor said I should be doing HIIT exercise atleast 8-12 minutes for 5 days and sadly enough I have not been doing as I have been told. I am busy and it is a stressful time of year but I cannot let that be my excuse to not doing what I am being told. Time to get back to getting in my steps and actually start trying. No more excuses and no reason why I cannot because it will be beneficial to do all of this!

    You can do it just schedule the time just as you would for any any other appointment. Be consistent and you can win, and feel better doing so!
