Today is the day to really get back on track. This week I started my 21 day detox my doctor has us done quarterly. I really need to start tracking my food and really keep an idea of what I am really eating on a daily because I know I am staying away from allergens but I do not know if I am even getting in the right amount of calories.So it is time to really know.
I also need to get back to exercising. I was exercising 30 minutes a day and I have not been doing that really for the last 6 months and I have to get back to that. My doctor said I should be doing HIIT exercise atleast 8-12 minutes for 5 days and sadly enough I have not been doing as I have been told. I am busy and it is a stressful time of year but I cannot let that be my excuse to not doing what I am being told.
Time to get back to getting in my steps and actually start trying.
No more excuses and no reason why I cannot because it will be beneficial to do all of this!
