Still hanging at the same weight.
Goals from 3 weeks ago - (has it really been that long??)
Continue with at least 5 freggies a day - I missed one day - didn't even have my daily banana!
64 oz. of water a day - a couple days
No more than 1 diet cola a week - not doing well with this
No snacks from work - getting better with this
10 minutes of cardio a day - a couple times a week
I hven't been being very diligent in trying to meet these goals, although with the weather improving, so has my attitude.
For next week --

10 minutes of cardio a day -
I have enough chicken/vegetable soup w. homemade whole wheat noodles already portioned out for 4 days of lunches. That should help.
