W3 - Summary

Still working through the detox, though I've been advised to dial back the initial regimen given the intense detox reaction I was having (read - I was super crabby). Now that I am on 30 drops vs. 90 drops a day, I feel like my body is more gently healing itself. It's been an interesting journey.

Not too much to report, other than I am still tracking. Through my friend Sara, I discovered Skinnytaste, which is pretty much my new obsession. I've ordered 2 of 3 cookbooks, and have made the garlic knots more times than I care to admit. But, I feel satisfied and that's a big deal. I haven't given anything up in the last couple of weeks... I've just tracked it. Wine, chocolate, doritos... there is space for it all. Who knew.

    You're doing great!! I read somewhere recently that just doing the tracking without trying to "diet" was enough to lose weight. Seems like it makes us think twice (or more) about what we consume. No information about how long that effect lasts...
