Morning everyone. Just wanting to make blogpost to let you know how everything is going. I weighed myself this morning and am heavy i want to loose weight. I am doing my best to loose weight. Watch what i eat and walk everyday when i can plus i walk everyday at work. Keep you posted. I walked all day pretty much yesterday so im taking a break of walking to work today. Keep you posted. And im a diabetic so trying to watch my bloodsugars.
So this morning;
Had my Oatmeal and yogurt
Bloofsugar was 6.0/108
Today: walk at work today
Eat my lunch i brough from home of veggies and protein and carbs :)
Tonight have healthy dinner
