Some Snack Ideas ~[generally 100 -200 calories or Less]~that Helped me LOSE the 14 lbs.!

Hello Everyone! ~How are you doing ? Another week on the 5% Fall Challenge and .6 of a lb. down!
Thought I would do a blog on what I am using for 100 - 200 calorie snacks besides the regular fruits {my faves for easy snacks ~banana,peach ,nectarine,apple,cherries} or the veggie tray {do LOVE to dip ~sparingly ~ in the ranch dressing~ cherry tomatoes, celery, and baby carrots and only very fresh broccoli or cauliflower florets}.
I like to have a 1/2 cup of Greek gods Honey Vanilla Yogurt [I buy the 32 oz. size to save $$ and stretch it with the flaxseed ~lasts much longer ~with a 1/3 cup of KIND Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Flaxseed Mix =145 +110= 255 calories * {sorry * did not realize this was so high ,but good protein~11grams & filling].{You could put a 1/4 cup of the cluster in for a lower cal amount and a less amt. of yogurt~ 1/3 cup, perhaps.}
Triscuit {any flavor cracker~cals vary from 110 to 130 } + I cut the Frigo's light string cheese[50] into 5 or 6 pieces to each fit on a cracker and melt at 5-10 sec. on a plate in the microwave=130 + 50 =180 for 5-6 crackers.
Also, when in a hurry ~though Sodium is higher, LANCE Captain Wafer's Variety Pak ~Crackers~Toasty Sandwich Crackers { prepackaged with either have peanut butter or pb with honey or cream cheese]=190 or 200 for 6 crackers
Breakstone cottage cheese doubles = varies from 100-130 cals. per container {it's nice to have strawberry or pineapple or peach or honey to go with your cottage cheese!}
Dole Diced pears are pre-cut and at 90 cals for one container,pretty good.
As long as you are putting protein,grains ,fruit or veggies in your body,it WILL USE it up with no fat gained. I have continually lost the weight on this and the last challenge due to that fact and some kind of movement or activity daily for at least 10 minutes or more.I am almost 60 and for my age,I have read an hour or so of exercise a day is a good amount and I usually do that.
