10/19/18-I did exactly what i feared I would do and that’s gained 20lbs back since last November. Once again my schedule came last and little by little I took out the focus for me to take 30minutes each day to exercise. What a difference that made before. I felt so much better then and ate better then and felt good about me.
Today I’m not looking back. I’m looking forward. Again. #letsdothisagain #dropping25by1225
