I have to remember that. It doesn’t matter that I’m not at GW (yet). And it may take me longer than it did when I was in my 30s and early 40s, but I can move, I’m in relatively good health and I’m fit in ways that I haven’t been in a long time—none of which can be taken for granted. So, be PROUD of what YOU are doing and where YOU are in your journey.
