1000+ steps. This was yesterday. I'm headed to spin class then I have C25K. My legs are going to be absolute trash by the time I'm done with this but I went to Sprouts yesterday because it was the Wednesday Double Deal sale and I got $5 sushi, I can't wait until breakfast I'm so excited!
I have been going to OA since July and I am finally starting to get a pause button where I can make a choice for example yesterday they had lemon cake which is my absolute favorite and I grabbed a knife and was ready to dig in and I stopped for a second and thought about it and said no put it back what are you doing and I didn't eat it.
Unfortunately that did not last into the evening and due to poor planning on my part I did not get dinner until about 9 so when my husband offered me two homemade pizza rolls I was all about it even though I said that I'm going to stop eating excess carbs. Then I ate a Think Thin protein bar and drank some milk. The bars need to go in the garage, I had another one when I woke up at 11:45 pm.
My goals are:
Clean eating - no sugar, excess salt or high carbs (ex: pasta, bread, crackers etc)
2 weeks = new K-cups
4 weeks = movie date
6 weeks = Mosley St Melodrama
8 weeks = symphony/orchestra tickets
Massage chair as needed!
18 runs = $20 at 5 and Below
36 runs = full body massage
50 runs = $50 @ Kohls
68 runs = free day off, coffee/lunch
74 runs = tickets to a show $50 or less
100 runs = Hedrick's Exotic Animal Farm
