Plan for the Night

Last night was a wash for fitness, so I'm going to schedule tonight's workout in right now:
4:00 - 5:00 Get Jack to soccer and Katie to dance. Stop at grocery store for broccoli, potatoes, and marinade. Bring Jack home.
5:00 - 6:30 Make and eat dinner. Digest. Change into workout clothes.
7:00 Fitness options:
* Taekwondo class (maybe...but sometimes the instruction is lacking.)
* Taekwondo at home (Yes...if I can have the rec room to myself for an hour)
* Xperience Fitness: Weights, rowing, elliptical (Easy to schedule and complete)
So probably the third option...but good to know I have backup plans ready.
