A huge part of the stress I've been under is going to be eased. We are moving finally into a 2 bedroom apartment in a nice complex. My step son will have his own room and own space!

I am so looking forward to being settled in the new place but not looking forward to all the packing and moving. I'm sure my husband and I can do the bulk of it ourselves. We don't have a ton of stuff. I just wish we had more people who were readily available to help!

That being said, I can totally wear my step tracker that day and I'm sure I'll get a good workout in. I'm a little concerned about the food aspect. Once the kitchen is packed and before it is unpacked (so a couple day span realistically) We are going to be limited on food choices. We have been following the keto plan. I'm not sure what I should/can realistically do to stay on plan during the moving days. Not to mention we're buying pizza for anyone willing to help.

Do you think I should pre-make some keto bagels? Then I can do those with cheese and lunch meat? Pre-boiled eggs will be good too. Protein shakes also. What about eating the pizza without the crust and just having cheese and toppings?
Anyone have any advice on this?
