Plan for Tomorrow

In other words, plan and prepare. This is so much more than just a meal plan, it also includes the timing of when you eat. When you have a plan, it will help you in those times of spontaneous eating, staying on your plan when others are eating something different, you'll be strong to resist temptation when a craving or desire to eat hits.

Planning ahead is one of the things that I resist doing, yet I know that when I do plan ahead and follow through with my plan I eliminate a lot of self-defeating frustration.

The reality is that when I do plan and prepare ahead of time, things are so much easier to staying on plan and I am actually stronger in exercising those resistance muscles.

I planned my meals for tomorrow, and I am even test-driving one this morning. It is from the Eat to Live cookbook, Butternut Blueberry breakfast. It is basically squash cooked with apple and nutmeg, then topped with fruit and nuts. It sounded weird when I looked at the recipe, but it is actually quite yummy.
