Day Eight Successes

I don't want this process to be focused on my weight, but, today was the first weigh-in and I lost 2.2 pounds. So I'm definitely counting that as a success.
Beyond that, I made good food selections today, tracked it all, and stayed within my SP calorie range. I also took the dog for a 33-minute walk. And I've maintained a really positive attitude about the Challenge overall. It feels good, and it feels sustainable.
