Day Eight Successes

I don't want this process to be focused on my weight, but, today was the first weigh-in and I lost 2.2 pounds. So I'm definitely counting that as a success.

Beyond that, I made good food selections today, tracked it all, and stayed within my SP calorie range. I also took the dog for a 33-minute walk. And I've maintained a really positive attitude about the Challenge overall. It feels good, and it feels sustainable.

    Oh, so GLAD !!

    Do remember that the number on the scale is just that... "A Number" nothing more..
    and there are a lot of ways that number is influenced and they are not limited to calories consumed or burned.
