Belated commitment

Made my food plan. Followed it. Forgot to write this morning. BUT: 1) I had sparkling water atthe movies today 2) bought my daughter a small treat without getting anything for myself (I don't eat between meal times). I almost did, and the realized that y willpower was zapped, and my brain was nudging me to break my bright lines. So I stopped myself. I'm immensely proud of those two things, especially since this weekend has been hectic and stressful. Each outside my bright lines won't alleviate that stress, it will only compound it. Going to write tomorrow's food plan right now.
