Since my travels I e been home a week. My issues with dizziness and migraines seems to be never ending but I feel like I am making slow progress. I'm not pushing physical activity right now, I dont need another fall in the midst of going from summer heat and humidity to below normal temperatures. My pain levels are elevated greatly. The pain is 100% constant. My depression is rearing its ugly head too. I had to miss two reunions this weekend because of my inability to travel very far. I really am sad about it too. Probably another reason I'm depressed. Just being gentle on myself and allowing my body to heal is a priority. Adjusting back to my food choices, not everyone else's is great. My tummy issues are much relieved. My goal is to listen to my body another week, then see where I can go from here.
