1. To track my food and stay with in my ranges
2. Exercise 10 minutes a day to build stamina
3. Drink water increase one glass a day til I reach 8 glasses a day
4. Avoid eating out as much as possible...no more than once a week.
5. Cut back on sweets and snack food.
6. Eat more fruits and veggies.
7. Bring lunch to work.
