Day 286: Sweet Saturday

Well today has thankfully been a much quieter day, after all the running around yesterday!
I just finished (finally!) watching Week 3 of the six-week "Yoga for Back Health" class I downloaded a couple months ago. Each class is 90+ minutes long, so it's just hard to find time to squeeze it in somehow. Really interesting though, a combination of anatomy (aimed at teachers) and practices.
I managed to sleep in till 8:30 today, woo hoo! Of course, that doesn't count the dog waking me up at 4am and 6:30am. I do feel better though, I've just been so wiped out lately. Hopefully I can get another solid night tonight.
I got a good long bike ride in this morning - an hour and a half! Pretty morning, though I really wish we could get some cooler weather.
Other than that, I've mostly just gotten laundry done. But that's okay, I wanted to take it easier today. And the best part is, I still have another whole day of weekend tomorrow!
I'm heading out in a bit to meet a couple girlfriends for drinks, which I'm really looking forward to. I need some girl time!
(Are you still allowed to refer to yourself as a girl when you're 51?)
