Two weeks in...

Feeling good! Tomorrow is my weigh date and I feel like I'm going to stay the same. Which, I have no problem with as I know I was eating high salty foods, not enough veggies/fruit and not exercising as much. Plus my "days" are here which always adds weight. I'm proud of myself for for tracking my food for 14 days. That is a tremendous feat.
This coming week I want to focus on my veggie and fruit intake as well as incorporating more quality exercise. When I say quality exercise I mean at least an hour 4 times per week. That is what I am committing myself to this week. I want to eat less salty, high carb meals and more veggies, fruit and lean protein.
I am extremely proud of making better choices for myself. Now that I've nestled in I can start fine tuning my program to make healthier choices.
