Seated Yoga

I tried doing the seated yoga from article today except for the last one which is on floor? Not too bad. I am trying to do a little exercise each day. I still need to include some strength ones but at least I'm doing something. Better than doing nothing. Monday and Wednesday I do hour classes at the senior center. On Sunday I have been doing hour at the gym pool. I want to do 30 minutes at pool either Thursday or Friday but haven't found the right time yet. Some other classes at senior center I'd also like to try. I have been doing one 30 minute meditation class on Wednesday before my Laughter Yoga. I'd also like to do at least one more and maybe the 2 that are available. I should do some more intense exercise but one step at a time.

Being healthy is hard work and I've never been a hard worker. It seems hard enough to not eat all the time but keep working to eat right and not be hungry as more often than not when I'm hungry, I eat. Eat a little healthier like fruit or lite butter popcorn but still go over calories at those times. There it is the good, bad and maybe a little ugly but not as ugly as it was before SP.
