I have discovered that my resolution to stay on track with my eating program is very strong again.
It was the daily blogging that kept me focused and back on track where I belonged.
And I am very grateful to my friends for responding and supporting my blogs.
However, from now on I will only write a blog when I have something to say.
PS. The scale is at a number now that is only five pounds over my lowest weight achieved here at Spark People.
And it feels GOOD!
