Its raining in Philadelphia and cold. I don't mind the cold , the rain well 🤷♀️. This week my eating was good. I began a dump the junk and sweat challenge at work. For the next 30 ( 27 now) we are to not eat sweets for at least 3x a week and workout at least 30 minutes a day. The sweets we need to substitute it for something natural.
I worked every day and did not eat sweets all week! The incentive- reduction in your monthly health benefits premiums and $50 gift cards. Plus you lose weight and be come healthier in the process. Good week, good month last month and this month looks good too. 😊
