Yes, it snowed. It's Octo-brrr!

Saturday, October 13, 2018

One to 2 inches of heavy, wet snow yesterday.
The farmers want an end to the moisture and
brighter days are coming with a touch of warmth.
Now that we had a freeze, my center of attention
is not the garden but the office as Open Enrollment
for Part D Drug Plans starts Monday.
Only 7 more rehab sessions left and I am thankful
for that. I walk 4 mph with a 3% incline for 15 minutes
plus the recumbent bike and a regular bike. Total time
of 40 minutes. Life is good.
Off to do laundry and clean house while DH is gone
to farmers market. Have a wonderful Saturday!

It sounds like you are doing great! Snow - no thank you and I hear you about the wetness. We have had a terribly wet summer and now fall is continuing that way.

Open enrollment must be a busy time for you! SO many of us do not have a clue about all of this! Thank goodness I have an insurance 'lady' that helps me! Good luck!

emoticon 10-14-18 Yesterday was a 90% day, day 5 of streak. (Not 100% because I went over in HEALTHY calories by 221). I had walked for 3 hours, I am ok with it! That is why my goal is sliding between 80-100 %. emoticon (LOL) I need to have wiggle room. Today is a rest day for us. Still almost 200 minutes, just not over. Great life I am living!

So glad you are doing well. We did have an occasional flurry a couple days ago but looks like tomorrow will be more that flurries. Not ready and not headed south for a couple weeks yet. Sounds like rehab has been going well.

Wow snow already. Way too early for it. Great job on the exercise. I can't walk or even stand for that long because of my right knee. Have a great weekend.

Great exercise going on! Well done! Hope the Farmer's market is successful again today! I'll bet they watch for him with all the great stuff you send! Sounds as though you are feeling healed! That's perfect...and the timing to get you super busy again is no coincidence!

I was watching yesterday's weather and thinking of you!! No snow here (yet) and it seems that most of the rain may have let up for now. It's definitely a bit crisp here this morning (upper 20's) but it's supposed to be warmer today so I'll take what I can get and enjoy it!

    Have a great weekend! emoticon

Yes, it will be busy season at the office for a while, won't it? I saw the snow in the forecast up north of us, and south, too (Kansas where my niece lives got some, too). Not yet here, but the possibility of a mix is in the forecast for tomorrow.

Sounds like you are following that rehab plan well! I trust it to work well, too. Life is indeed good!
