Well I have been away from spark for about 2 months now. I have not gained any weight and holding at 189 lbs.
I am not sure if I am looking to lose anymore weight,but I am looking to getting back into tracking my food intake and so today I am going to get back into tracking all that I eat for the next 7 days and stick with it. I need to get a better understanding of what I am eating.
I am still on the paleo diet that includes no dairy,cashews,peanuts,whey,soy
So I really need to stick with it and keep track for my doctor if he ever asks what I am eating it is on file.
