Sometimes you need a little push

Today was a long day. Came home, tired, back killing me and my legs aching. Went right for the couch, ready to cancel my planned workout. Hung out for about an hour, then my daughter asked for a ride and I had to get up. When I got back to the house, I started thinking about the commitment I made to myself and my team on this Fall 5% Challenge and all of a sudden my only choice was to put my sneakers on and do the work I promised myself I would. And it’s not like it would make me hurt more than I already did.
