Chapter 29, Day 74

Monday, October 08, 2018

2 for 2: two days on track over two days. I overslept and will need to walk later after my grand leaves.

I sat my grand last night while the kids attended a wedding. Grand is still trying to recover from her double ear infections. She threw up last night...seems to happen every couple of days...we think the medication is making her nauseous. Thankfully, yesterday was her last day of medicine. It's a real worry with such small ones.

After my grand leaves today, I will force another walk on my foot. I don't know if my sneakers are worn out now, or what is going on, but I can manage to get myself through my route but it is slow going. After I am done, I will train DH on more client work -- I am really liking this arrangement. I had to force the issue, but he says he enjoys it, so I'm going full throttle here so I can lighten my load as much as possible. It won't be long and tax season will be here, and the payoff with his help will be huge.

Scale is moving downward. Yay!
Most of my clients are closed for business today, so the client "to do" list can't grow yet for another day.

Follow Program: get some walking in out doors and eat healthy all day
Sit grand half day.
Train DH on client work

Wishing you an awesome day!

A little extra sleep doesn't hurt anyone.

Aww, hope poor Alexandrea is ok now and does not need anymore medications. I think it is good you got some needed extra sleep and I am glad hubby is helping you with client work, you will have some extra time now.
Be very careful with your foot, remember what happened last time.
