Today is the start of another 5% challenge! 8 weeks to see if we can make real what we commit to. I'm weighing in today at 256.4lbs. When I lose my 5% I will be at 243 lbs. For me the 5% is just over 12 lbs. We're talking a little over a pound and half a week. At my current weight that should be doable if I stay within my caloric range, exercise moderately and drink the water I know I should be drinking.
