Chapter 29, Day 72. Fall 5% Challenge begins.

Saturday, October 06, 2018

Nothing like a deadline to call me to action. Only this time it has nothing to do with client work and tax due dates. It's all about me. I'm not ready to deal with me. I guess it doesn't matter; one must "just do it." A truism if there ever was one.

I have a new cold starting....a gift from my grand, who was gifted from the daycare center she goes to. A fine excuse for not lacing up for a walk. I did anyway. "just to it."

Healthy breakfast under my belt. Healthy meals planned out for lunch and dinner. Go, me. My water jug is filled, only 6 more glasses to go.

(Ha. Bet you thought I would see none.)
Grand is holding her own.....she's been a pretty sick little one.
It's the weekend, and that means client work is as quiet as I want it to be.
The morning's rain gave way to some sunshine for my walk....it's now back to dreary clouds with more rain in the way.
9 hours of good rest last night.
The day is showing some progress: a 60 min walk (it's been awhile! and healthy meals await).
Happy for some healthy soup to pull out of the freezer. It's a good day to make a pot of chili
I faced my Fall deadline square in the face and did not show a sign of weakness, with it or the scale weigh in.

Make the day count ..... I'm on it.

Have an awesome Saturday!
