First Day of the 5% Challenge!

5% to lose: 7.7 pounds
Goal weight for December 1: 146.3
It's a number I haven't seen in a few years. I am bound and determined to get there! I'm already on Water #2, tracking my breakfast, and planning my meals and fitness for the day.
Lunch: Salad with garbanzo beans and avocado
Dinner: Turkey chili
Fitness: After soccer game and dance class for the kids, I will go to Xperience Fitness to lift weights and get some cardio in. I'm on the fifth day of a cold so I'll go pretty easy but still get my minutes in for my Rowdy Rebels team. Will post by 5:00. Today's goal? 45 minutes.
