Day 66: Ready for the Fall 5%!

I will probably wait until Saturday for my next weigh-in since it's the start of the Fall 5% challenge. My guess is that I'm still around 156, which puts my 5% goal around 7-8 pounds. That would be an awesome loss for December!
I've been letting life get in the way of fitness, so here's my plan for tonight:
* By 4:45, all kids will be delivered to their various sports.
* Marinate chicken for a 6:00 dinner. (chicken, broccoli, beans)
* 7:00 workout options:
Plan A: Walk/jog with the dog (Good for both of us, and the weather tonight will be in the 70s)
Plan B: 7:00 taekwondo class (probably not -- I'm not a fan of the instructor on this night)
Plan C: Xperience Fitness -- weights, rowing, elliptical... maybe a class?
