Yesterday afternoon my head filled up, and my throat started to feel sore.
So last night I sipped some tea with lemon juice and honey, and went to bed early.
Today my throat feels better. I still have head congestion.
There is nothing on my calendar, so I am just resting and drinking lots of water.
I don't have time to get sick. I am too busy with fun things to do.
