September Review and October Goals

My first goal for September was to exercise at least ten minutes a day. My second goal for September was to do cardio at least 5 days a week, plus yoga and strength training at least 3 days a week each. My third goal was to complete SparkPeople’s 28-Day Home Workout Challenge. My fourth goal was to work on doing push-ups, progressing from wall push-ups towards regular push-ups. I fell off the exercise wagon during September, hardly exercising at all.
I am going to scale back on my goals for October. My first goal is still to exercise at least ten minutes a day. I am going to aim for less exercise each week, though, to get back into the swing of things. My goal for this month is to do cardio at least 4 days a week, strength training at least 2 days a week, and yoga at least 1 day a week. For my third goal I still want to work on push-ups.
