Well, I tried walking on the treadmill at a slower pace in an attempt to implement exercise since last year's knee injury (along with osteoarthritis). Unfortunately, it is not going well. I still experience pain even walking at a slow pace. I am unsure how to proceed. Am I doing more damage to my knee? I have heard that one must keep moving and not do "nothing." I don't want to give up and have thought about looking into doing water aerobics if I can find a place that offers it. So far, no luck with that either. The weather is starting to turn nice again so maybe I can do more walking outside. I must find some type of exercise that I can do; preferably without knee pain, if possible.

Bad knees here too. I do better on a recumbent bike.

I keep going, my theory is if I lose some weight I will have less knee pain.
