Same ol', same ol'... I maybe dropped about half a pound, it is pretty hard to tell on my old analog scale with the small dial face, but it did look about a hair lower...
This week's results --
Continue with at least 5 freggies a day --
I even got 6 a couple days
64 oz. of water a day - I've been getting about 48 - Still about the same...
No more than 1 diet cola a week - Quit this in favor of water - Nope - keep making the excuse that it keeps me awake at work and that it is better than munchies... The stories we tell ourselves!!!
No snacks from work -- Broke down and had a few
10 minutes of cardio a day - Get up a bit earlier in the a.m. and get this done! - Got iseveral days with 11 min of WATP.
So, for next week --

Weather has been pretty miserable here most days. Cooler than normal, rainy and windy. it looks like that's what we'll be having for the next week. Sure could use some Indian summer...
