Well today is the last day of September. This month was rainy outside in Philadelphia. My heart was grieved this past week. A dear sister from my church passed away. While I am sad, I know she has gone to glory. This past few weeks has also ebbed and flow with my eating. Yesterday I ate sweets... I'm not beating myself up ( and neither should you) just sharing my story. I found that if I balance my life with healthy eating, exercise, and keep my mind body and spirit in tuned with God wants me to do. I believe this time in my life is about leaving a good legacy for my children children's. I need to leave something tangible as well as intangible for them. My finances needs to be better, my health needs to be better. So changing my mindset to incorporate these things . So I changed and am constantly growing. Wanted to share this because I felt like someone needed to know that it's not too late, to change your habits, change your mind do what needs to be done to have a healthy balance in your life.
