Day 1. I’m starting over again. There is a member who has been on here for many years who started over recently. I just saw her post and was inspired. I’ve actually lost 43 pounds from my highest weight. However, I had lost a total of 65 and gained a lot of it back. Then, started losing again slowly. My first goal is to get back to the 65 total pounds lost goal. So that means from today I have 22 pounds to go to get to goal 1. Then I will go from there. Goals & Rewards: 1. Lose 22 pounds. Buy new clothes. 2. Lose 25 additional pounds. Vacation 3. Lose 20 additional pounds. This would be my ultimate goal. Rewarded with new clothes, a vacation and a photo shoot. So, to get to my ultimate goal, I need to lose 67 pounds. I’m going to set my goal date as December 31, 2019 but I intend to make it there before then! I know I can do it in 14 months though!
